Ananda Mandala Meditation Background Music

A Powerful Breathing Technique for Awakening Kundalini Ananda Mandala is a transformative breathing technique designed to activate the chakras and awaken the kundalini energy within you. Originating from Oneness University in India, this practice was developed by the disciples of Sri Amma Bhagavan.

Inspired by the ancient yogic sadhana of Agnisa Kriya, Ananda Mandala combines rhythmic, rapid breathing with chakra-focused meditation. This powerful blend helps to awaken the dormant kundalini energy, bringing balance and vitality to your body and mind. How it Works: Rhythmic Breathing: Inhale deeply as you mentally count “one” and exhale quickly when you count “two.” Keep your breathing strong and focused, inhaling deeply and exhaling forcefully. Chakra Meditation: After completing each cycle of rapid breathing, follow the meditation focusing on each of the seven chakras. Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative posture, such as siddhasana, vajrasana, or sukasana, or use a chair if needed. Keep your spine erect and breathe through your nose. For best results, practice Ananda Mandala at sunrise or sunset. While it’s most powerful when done in a group, you can also experience its benefits individually. Caution: Not recommended for those with heart conditions, during pregnancy, or individuals with respiratory issues, such as asthma. If you feel discomfort, stop immediately. Get ready for a transformative experience! Close your eyes, relax, and let Ananda Mandala guide you to a deeper state of consciousness.
