Relaxation Exercise for Your Entire Body and Mind

Please maintain a relaxed and joyful sitting posture, without forcing or holding any tension.

Gently lower your chin slightly and draw it back. Keep your neck naturally relaxed, with the tip of your tongue lightly touching the roof of your mouth. Straighten your upper body, back, and spine as much as possible.

An upright posture supports smooth circulation. Smooth circulation supports balanced energy flow. Balanced energy flow helps cultivate a calm and peaceful mind.

However, there is no need to be rigid or overly controlled. Simply relax.

Relax every part of your body. Relax your head. Relax your neck. If you feel any discomfort, gently adjust your posture from side to side. You may also take a slow, deep breath and softly release it.

Relax your shoulders. Relax your arms. Relax your hands and your fingers, all the way to the tips.

Relax your chest. Relax your abdomen. Relax your waist. Relax your back. Relax your spine and every vertebra, allowing your entire upper body to soften.

There is no need to control your breathing. Allow your breath to flow naturally. If your body wants to take a deeper breath, simply allow it to happen without resistance.

Relax your hips. Relax your thighs. Relax your knees and joints. Relax your legs. Relax your ankles. Relax your feet and your toes, all the way to the very tips.

Now, gently imagine that your entire body is dissolving into the space around you.

Like ice melting into warm water, like clouds slowly dissolving into the open sky, your body becomes lighter and more spacious.

Your head dissolves.
Your upper body dissolves.
Your entire body gradually melts into the vastness of space.

Rest peacefully in this openness and stillness.
